Located just outside the main city, walking distance to downtown, and with a nice restaurant with good food and enormous rooms. That being said, the gardens were beautifully landscaped, and the spa was a peaceful setting. We enjoyed the wide selection of pastries, fruit, and cheese for breakfast, and the staff was welcoming and helpful. We also appreciated the free extended checkout until 5 pm.
Despite the beautiful rooms and gardens, the prices were high, and the lack of a lake view was a letdown.

Spacious, comfortable, relaxing, probably the most luxurious place in El Calafate

The continental breakfast had plenty of options and was nice, the building was beautiful, and the hotspot internet was a great addition, and we appreciated the cabinet and shower during our weekend stay.

The very warm and professional treatment of all the staff. The marvelous room given. The design and concept of the hotel, 5 seperate houses with about 6 to 10 rooms each. Very quiet and peaceful, One does not have the feeling the we are in a hotel. Makes you fill like you own the place. I was lucky because my room was just in front of breakfast restaurant.
For rooms in other house, far from the breakfast restaurant this might be inconviniente although can always ask for a golf cart to pick you up.

The hotel had beautiful gardens and well-maintained facilities, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The location was convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants in the area.- One advantage was that the room was spacious and stylishly decorated, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
The breakfast provided was lacking in variety and quality, not meeting expectations for a hotel of this caliber. The room and bathroom were not as comfortable as expected, which was a disappointment considering the high cost.

This venue is an ideal choice for luxury seekers. the exclusive amenities met all my needs - from the private facilities to the swimming pool and bar/lounge area. the service was exceptional and staff went out of their way to please. Further, the location advantages included lovely gardens and being on the edge of town but still providing a simple walk to shops, restaurants and the boardwalk around the lake. Cons: the only minor issue that I encountered was the pricey restaurant. While the meal and service were excellent, it was not budget-friendly. there were other slightly cheaper options in town. this hotel was the nicest stay during my trip and provided a great place to relax and unwind before beginning busy activities again.
